Structec (NW) Ltd was formed in 1998 by Managing Director Steve Davies as a small construction and maintenance company comprised of a few employees. Now, over 25 years later, we have grown and developed substantially to meet the building and maintenance requirements of Local Authorities, Housing Providers and Private Sector customers across Merseyside and the North West of England.
Strategically situated in modern purpose-built offices on the Knowsley Industrial Park in Kirkby, Merseyside, we are based in close proximity to the M57, M58, M62 and M6 Motorway Network. This location on the outskirts of Liverpool ensures quick and convenient access to all areas of the North West region, enabling us to undertake works across a broad geographical scope
We have expertise across all areas of construction, and in particular specialise in providing:

Consequently, Structec has been appointed as approved contractors and framework providers for the above categories of building and maintenance works for various Local Authorities and Social Housing Organisations across the North West of England.
