Delivering on its strategy of expansion of refurbishment and repair works across the North West region, Structec has recently strengthened its presence in the Greater Manchester area with 3 new contract appointments. We are welcoming these new work streams as we continue to look for ways to grow our business.
Structec was awarded Repairs and Empty Property Refurbishment Contracts by Southway Housing Trust in March 2020 and Onward Homes Manchester in June 2020. Both of these exciting new opportunities arose as a result of Structec’s relationship with public sector procurement agency Fusion21, who appointed Structec to their Frameworks in 2018.
The company is also pleased to be consolidating its existing relationship with First Choice Homes Oldham, having been awarded their contract for Repairs and Empty Property Refurbishments in July 2020.
