The Structec team are experienced fund raisers, charitable supporters and participants in community and sporting events. Running around parks and entering marathons as well as jumping out of planes is the norm for Structec staff.
While some members of the workforce want to have an easier life and a less energetic time at the weekend, it did not take much encouragement for the staff to dress up in funny wigs for the Wig Wednesday Event and act the clown on behalf of the children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.
The photo below shows some of the Operatives dressed in PPE with matching florescent and coloured wigs to go beneath their hard hats!
Overall a fantastic £200 was raised on the day!
