One First Choice Homes Oldham resident has shown her delight at the new kitchen and bathroom she received as part of their Improvement Programme.
Beryl McGrath who has lived in Brennan Court, Hollinwood, for the last 15 years was over the moon with her new home improvements. She has received a brand new kitchen, adapted bathroom and a new individual boiler.
As part of the £149 million Improvement Scheme, thousands of FCHO homes have received new kitchens, bathrooms and electrical systems. Mrs McGrath said that her new improved kitchen and bathroom were “smashing!”.
She was also pleased with the service she received saying,
"The workmen were brilliant. Even when they had finished they made sure everything was back to normal and even put my shower rail back up."
Structec have installed adapted bathrooms on twelve properties in Brennan Court as part of the 157 adaptations we have completed to date on FCHO properties.
