🎉 From Apprentice to Supervisor – Aiden's Journey with Structec 👷‍♂️📈

We're incredibly proud to celebrate Aiden on achieving his SMSTS qualification – another milestone in what has already been a remarkable journey.

From starting out over 10 years ago as one of our apprentices, to becoming a qualified joiner, then a precision finisher, and now stepping into the role of Adaptation Supervisor, Aiden has shown dedication, consistency, and a passion for learning that inspires everyone around him.

But Aiden isn’t stopping there, he's already looking at new responsibilities at Structec and continuing his professional development, showing exactly the kind of drive and mindset we value at Structec.
