We’re incredibly proud to share that Structec (NW) Ltd has been named Employer of the Year 2025 in the Construction category by Southport Education Group!
This award is a huge recognition of the values we’ve built the business on — supporting people, investing in development, and creating opportunities for the next generation.
We couldn’t do this alone. A huge thank you to our partners, whose support is vital in helping young people on their apprenticeship journeys. In particular, Southport College has shown incredible commitment to our apprentices, including those with Special Educational Needs, and we’re so grateful for the role they play in helping every individual reach their potential.
From apprenticeships and mentoring to mental health support and training, we believe that when you support your people, the whole business grows.
