Within the last 9 months, Structec is pleased to have secured a new contract with Stockport Homes and to have renewed its existing contracts with Bolton at Home and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council. All of these contracts were awarded via open competitive tender processes and they are all for a duration of 4 years.
The company has a well-established base in the borough of Knowsley and has been providing disabled adaptation services to KMBC for 17 years. We are pleased to be given the opportunity to continue serving this community and to maintain our strong relationship with the Council.
We are equally delighted to be consolidating our footprint within Greater Manchester. Our existing partnership with Bolton at Home has been successful for 4 years and the contract renewal is testament to the great working relationship we have established. Our expansion into the Stockport region provides us with the opportunity to develop new partnerships and deliver our services to a broader range of customers across the North West.
John Maddox, Structec’s Operations Manager, commented:
"We are grateful to be given the opportunity to continue our relationships with KMBC and Bolton at Home, and to bring Stockport Homes on board as a new client. Structec aims to be the leading provider of disabled adaptations in the North West and the successful delivery of these contracts will form part of this strategy."
