Structec would like to announce its appointment by Guinness Property’s Framework for the Provision of Works/Services to Empty Homes. Guinness are a nationwide housing provider, managing over 45,000 properties across the country.
Structec will be contracted to carry out refurbishment and maintenance on empty properties across the North West, where it is based. The company’s stellar service and expertise in carrying out works of this kind in empty properties will be vital to the performance of this contract, and we are hugely excited by the opportunity to do so.
