Structec received excellent news in February having been awarded Prime Supplier status on the Bolton At Home Disabled Facility Adaptations Framework. The Framework runs for a period of 4 years and will in commence March 2017.
Bolton At Home Limited has a housing stock of approximately 18,000 properties, with approximately a further 200 properties which are managed on behalf of Private Sector Landlords. The Programme’s purpose is to deliver adaptations to individual properties across the borough, on a case by case basis, in order to cater to the needs of disabled and vulnerable customers.
Structec MD, Steve Davies, stated that,
"We are delighted to have achieved first place on Bolton At Home Disabled Facility Framework, especially as it complements our expanding adaptations portfolio of works for other social housing organisations and local authorities. This has been a real growth area for company over the past 10 years which we fully expect to continue throughout 2017 and beyond."
