
Darren Quilliam, Josh Williams and Jack Todd have been welcomed onto the Structec Construction Apprenticeship programme.
They will be undertaking a course in Construction Maintenance Operations in conjunction with Knowsley Community College, which will provide them with the necessary practical skills as well as Health and Safety and Customer Service training. It is a highly respected qualification within the industry, and will enable the young apprentices to make their way into the building and maintenance profession.
Darren and Josh have joined the apprenticeship scheme after participating in Structec’s Young Construction Training Programme, a pre-vocational scheme which is intended to give young people the skills and experience to properly prepare them to enter the profession full-time. Jack has been allowed to join the scheme as a school leaver, after successfully completing  a 6 week trial period in which he greatly impressed.
