Structec is delighted to announce that it has been appointed as a contractor by Fusion21 on their Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Empty Buildings frameworks. The contracts will last 4 years and cover work involving reactive and planned maintenance for all building trades, and repairs and improvements to void properties nationwide. Structec will be undertaking these works across the North West area.
Fusion21 are a not-for-profit organisation who work with a wide range of public sector organisations and social housing providers to procure goods and services in relation to their properties more efficiently. They are committed to building communities and supporting social value through the impact of the work that they do.
