At Structec, we recognise the importance of our work in serving the communities within the areas in which we operate. Providing residential adaptations allows vulnerable and disabled people to live richer and more independent lives, something which every person should be entitled to. We take pride in the difference we make, and the service we provide to members of our communities.
This month we completed a domestic construction project for a young resident with disabilities living in Pinnington Road, Knowsley. The project involved the building of a single storey bedroom and bathroom extension equipped with specialist bathing facilities and a level access shower, which will help Jake live more independently and improve his quality of life.
Jake’s mother, Lesley, expressed her gratitude to our team, stating
"the wet room has been an absolute godsend for my Jake in getting him to be more independent. I want to thank you and all the lads for everything you’ve done."
John Maddox, Operations Manager, commented: “We were overjoyed to receive Lesley’s message and to have made such a positive impact upon Jake’s life. We love what we do at Structec and we are passionate about our communities, and results such as this make it worthwhile.”
