Structec is delighted to have been appointed on the supplier Framework for Wirral Partnership Homes, trading as Magenta Living, to meet the requirements of their Void Property Works.
Magenta Living is a socially responsible, not-for-profit organisation and the largest registered provider of affordable housing in Wirral, owning around 12,440 homes and employing over 500 staff. Magenta Living also has housing stock in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire and hopes to expand on this in the near future.
